Return policy


Only purchases made with are eligable for return. If you’ve purchased Good Morning Gente products from other retailers please contact them for any returns or exchanges.

Our return policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from us. If you need to return an item, please note that all items must be returned in the condition that they were received—not worn, altered or washed, and with all tags attached.

If the above conditions are met, and the item is in perfect resalable condition, you can return regular priced merchandise within 10 business days from the day you receive the goods for a full refund or exchange. You need to pay for return shipping, but Good Morning Gente will ship any exchanged merchandise free of charge. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item being returned was incorrect, defective or damaged.

Refunds will be issued and exchanged items will be dispatched only after the returned goods have been received and undergone a quality control check.

If in the meantime we run out of stock of the item that has been returned, we will offer you a coupon code, or any of the products from our store within the same price range of the item that’s the subject of the return.

Once your return is received, processed and inspected, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.  If for any reason your return is rejected we will contact you directly to resolve your problem.

If it has been more than 2 weeks since your return and you haven’t received a refund yet, please double check your bank account. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at


All items purchased on sale are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. If we receive a returned sale or final sale item, the package will be returned to you and a Good Morning Gente staff member will notify you via email. No refund will be issued.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you have a defective or damaged item and would like to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at


-Domestic Shipping ( Spain ):

  1. All orders are processed and shipped up to three working days from the date when the order was placed. If you place an order on Friday or over the weekend, your order will be sent by Tuesday. We don’t ship on national holidays.
  2. Shipping is done via Logistics Company

While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time. Good Morning Gente, S.L. cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc. At this time we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item being returned was incorrect, defective or damaged. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
